Terms of Service
Effective November 2, 2026
1. The service.
Synnc, provided by AnDoWhite Holdings LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Your account.
One account per phone number; keep your login safe; you are responsible for what is done with it; you must be 18+.
3. Texting consent.
By giving your number you agree to receive texts from Synnc, including replies, reminders, briefs and group-chat messages you initiate. Reply STOP to opt out; message and data rates may apply.
4. Acceptable use.
No spam, harassment, or adding people to group chats who don't want to be there; no unlawful content; no attempts to access another user's data; no reselling; follow carrier and platform rules.
5. Subscription and billing.
$20 per month, billed by Stripe, until you cancel. Each month includes $10 of AI usage. Automatic top-ups are on by default: each time your included usage runs out, we charge $10 to your card, up to your monthly cap. You can turn them off or set the cap in Settings. Cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the period paid for. Refunds at our discretion except where required by law.
6. AI output.
Synnc generates answers automatically and can be wrong. Check anything that matters. It is not medical, legal or financial advice.
7. Your content.
You own what you give Synnc. You grant us the licence needed to run the service for you. We don't use it to train models.
8. Our property.
Synnc's software, design and brand are ours.
9. Termination.
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability.
The service is provided “as is”; to the extent allowed by law our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law.
New York, United States. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in New York County.
12. Changes.
We may update these terms; continued use after notice means acceptance.
