Privacy Policy
Effective September 24, 2026
1. Who we are.
AnDoWhite Holdings LLC, New York, NY (“Synnc”, “we”). Contact hello@andowhite.com.
2. What we collect.
- Account details (name, email, phone number).
- Messages you send to Synnc by text, in the web app, or in group chats that include Synnc.
- Content you add (websites, documents, emails you forward to your Brain address).
- Data from apps you connect (Google, Microsoft) only with your authorisation and only the scopes you grant.
- Billing details handled by Stripe (we never see your card number).
- Usage and device data (logs, crash reports, analytics events).
3. How we use it.
To run Synnc: remember what you tell it, answer you, send briefs and reminders you asked for, help in group chats you add it to, bill you. We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models, and our AI providers are contractually barred from training on it.
4. How we protect it.
Memories are encrypted at rest with a key unique to your account; connected-app tokens are encrypted; access is limited to what the service needs; each user's Brain is isolated from every other user's.
5. Group chats.
When Synnc is in a group, it only uses what is said in that group. It never reads any member's private Brain. Things you say in a group may be remembered by other members' Brains, the same way any participant could remember them. Deleting your account removes your Brain; it does not remove what other participants already saw.
6. Texting.
Synnc texts you from its own numbers. Reply STOP to stop all texts; RESUME to start again. Standard carrier rates apply. We use a texting infrastructure partner to deliver messages.
7. Who we share with (sub-processors).
Texting delivery partner; AI model providers (to generate answers — content is sent for processing, not training); Google (via our integration partner Pipedream) and Microsoft, for accounts you connect; Stripe (payments); Google Firebase (sign-in); Neon (database); Vercel (hosting); Upstash (rate limiting); Sentry (errors); analytics providers. Each processes data only on our instructions.
8. Retention.
For as long as your account is open. Delete your account from Settings and your data is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90.
9. Your rights.
Export your Brain or delete your account from Settings at any time; email us for anything else, including requests under GDPR/CCPA where they apply.
10. Children.
Synnc is for people 18 and over.
11. Changes.
We will post changes here and, for material changes, tell you by text or email.
